Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PICK4SHIP SaaS platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Balance, Credits, and Usage

Deposited funds are converted to account balance in USD. Credit packages may be purchased from your account balance. Credits are deducted per tracking request based on the selected carrier and service tier. Credits carry no expiration date.

4. Manual Fulfillment & SLA

PICK4SHIP provides manual and automated fulfillment services. While our average turnaround is 30 minutes to 1 hour, processing times may vary based on carrier hub schedules and destination parameters. In the event a request cannot be fulfilled, credits are refunded to the customer account.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, identity impersonation, or activities that violate federal, state, or international shipping and customs regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PICK4SHIP, its operators, directors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
